OTF1200XIII-PGEP Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis 3-Zone Tube Furnace for Nanoparticle Synthesis and AACVD up to 1200°C
The OTF1200XIII-PGEP system is engineered to address the challenges of synthesizing nanoparticles with controlled size, morphology, and microstructure. It is particularly suited for producing nano- and core-shell structured particles through ultrasonic spray pyrolysis and aerosol-assisted chemical vapor deposition (AACVD). This system combines aerosol generation, thermal processing, and nanopowder collection into a streamlined workflow.
Liquid precursors are atomized into fine aerosol droplets by a 1.7 MHz ultrasonic enhanced bubbler, which operates without thermal evaporation. These droplets pass through a three-zone tube furnace with independently controlled heating zones totaling 900 mm in length, reaching temperatures up to 1200°C for short durations and 1100°C continuously. Thermal decomposition and chemical reactions occur within the furnace, converting aerosols into nanoparticles. The system’s tiltable furnace design helps prevent liquid backflow into the atomizing unit.
