This model features a unique 5-side heating design with freestanding Ni-Cr-Al wire heating elements, which enhances temperature uniformity and accelerates heating rates while simplifying element replacement. The double-sided alloy casing with cooling fans keeps the external surface temperature below 40°C at 1000°C internal temperature, improving safety and operational comfort. Temperature control is managed by an included FA-YD518P-AG PID controller with auto-tune, programmable segments, and alarms for over-temperature and thermocouple failure, maintaining ±1°C stability.

- The alloy chamber is not airtight but significantly reduces vapor contamination; for oxygen-sensitive materials, a 5% H2 + 95% Ar gas mixture is recommended to prevent oxidation.
- The furnace includes a power cord without a plug; a 40 A three-phase power outlet is recommended for operation.
- Eurotherm temperature controllers with ±0.1°C accuracy are available as an upgrade at extra cost.
