Produktübersicht

Die MSK-SFM-1S is a compact, programmable planetary ball mill designed for laboratory-scale grinding, blending, homogenization, and mechanical alloying. Featuring four independent milling stations, the system supports various grinding jar materials and milling media for a wide range of research and material preparation applications.

Equipped with an advanced touchscreen control system, the MSK-SFM-1S allows users to configure rotational speed, operating time, milling direction, and multi-stage processing sequences. Its planetary milling mechanism generates high centrifugal forces to achieve efficient particle size reduction and uniform powder mixing.

This versatile laboratory ball mill is widely applicable to ceramics, metal alloys, metal oxides, battery materials, minerals, polymer composites, and advanced functional materials. It is suitable for applications in materials science, metallurgy, geology, energy research, chemical laboratories, and academic research institutions.

Anwendungshinweise

  • Stainless steel grinding jars are suitable
    for many metallic material applications.
  • For oxide and ceramic materials,
    alumina or zirconia jars combined
    with compatible ceramic grinding media
    are generally recommended.
  • Avoid using stainless steel grinding
balls in alumina jars to reduce
the risk of damage and contamination.
  • For balanced operation, install
    two jars in diagonally opposite
positions or use four jars with
    appropriately balanced loading.
  • Unbalanced loading may generate
    excessive vibration and damage
    the milling mechanism.
  • Select suitable jar materials
    and grinding media according
    to the hardness, chemical compatibility,
    and contamination requirements
    of the processed samples.
  • For specialized environments,
    including inert-atmosphere processing,
    consult PENGXIN Machinery regarding
    compatible equipment configurations.

Note:
Milling jars and grinding media are optional unless otherwise specified in the quotation. Actual grinding performance, output particle size, accessories, and available certifications may vary according to the selected configuration.
