BST8-5V40A-RT 8-Channel Battery and Super Capacitor Analyzer with 5V/40A Output and Internal Resistance Testing
The BST8-5V40A-RT is engineered to facilitate comprehensive analysis of rechargeable battery packs and super capacitors, including Li-ion, LiFePO3, Ni-MH, Ni-Cd, and Lead-acid chemistries. It is particularly suited for applications such as electrode material research, battery performance evaluation, small-scale battery formation, capability grading, and battery pack testing. This system enables precise control and measurement of charge and discharge cycles across eight independent channels, each capable of handling up to 5 volts and 40 amperes.
Each channel integrates an independent constant-current source and a hardware constant-voltage source, both programmable and user-controllable. The analyzer incorporates DC internal resistance measurement during cycling, enhancing the accuracy of battery health assessments. Its modular plug-and-play design allows users to add or remove channel modules without disrupting ongoing tests on other channels. The system communicates via Ethernet with a provided switcher and includes a brand new Windows 10 laptop preloaded with control and analysis software for immediate deployment.
