DZF-3120 Large Capacity 360L Vacuum Drying Oven with Tri-Level Shelf Heating and PLC Touch Control
The DZF-3120 vacuum drying oven is engineered to handle large-volume drying, degassing, and bake-out processes under controlled vacuum conditions. Its spacious interior, divided into three levels each with 120 liters capacity, accommodates substantial sample loads while maintaining precise environmental control. This makes it particularly suitable for applications such as battery electrode drying where uniform heating and vacuum integrity are critical.
Each shelf is equipped with an independent heating module, allowing for localized temperature measurement and control to ensure consistent thermal conditions across the chamber. The oven integrates a PLC touch screen interface that automates vacuum cycling, inert gas backfilling, heating profiles, dwell times, and pressure regulation, enhancing process repeatability and user convenience.
Key Features
- Large 360-liter total capacity with three 120-liter shelf levels for high-volume processing.
- Tri-level individual shelf heating modules with local temperature measurement for precise uniformity.
- PID temperature control with ±10°C uniformity at 100°C and ±2°C stability at setpoint.
- PLC touch screen control enabling automated vacuum, inert gas backfill, heating, timing, and pressure cycles.
- Inner chamber constructed of 3mm thick stainless steel 304 for durability and corrosion resistance.
- High-quality glass wool insulation maintains surface temperature below 40°C during operation.

Typical Applications
Ideal for drying and degassing large volumes of battery electrode materials, including cathode and anode components. Also suitable for bake-out processes requiring controlled vacuum and uniform heating in research and industrial laboratories.
Configuration & Operating Notes
The oven includes a vacuum pump with soft tubing for vacuum generation. For automated pneumatic valve switching, a gas compressor or house pressure system supplying 60-80 psi inert gas is required but not included. Each shelf’s temperature is monitored locally and displayed on the controller for precise process control. The door features a silicone gasket and positive latch to ensure a reliable vacuum seal. Optional UL certification for the entire system is available upon request with additional fees.
