BGP-R2 Two-Vessel Rotary Reactor with 50 ml Capacity, Up to 230°C and 3 MPa Pressure for Hydrothermal Processing
The BGP-R2 rotary reactor is engineered for laboratory applications requiring controlled high-temperature mixing and hydrothermal reactions. It accommodates two vessels simultaneously, each with a 50 ml capacity, enabling parallel processing under elevated temperature and pressure conditions. This setup is particularly suitable for chemical synthesis, materials research, and other processes demanding precise thermal and mechanical agitation.
The reactor integrates a forced-air heated oven with a stainless steel interior, capable of reaching a maximum working temperature of 250°C, while the vessels themselves are rated for up to 230°C for short durations and 200°C for extended periods. Pressure resistance reaches up to 3 MPa, supporting hydrothermal and other high-pressure experiments. Temperature is regulated by a digital PID controller with ±1°C accuracy, ensuring stable and reproducible conditions.
Key Features
- Two 50 ml vessels made of 316L stainless steel with PTFE liners for chemical resistance and durability.

Typical Applications
Ideal for hydrothermal synthesis, chemical reaction studies, material processing, and other laboratory-scale experiments requiring controlled temperature, pressure, and agitation.
Configuration & Operating Notes
The unit includes two standard 50 ml vessels with PTFE liners and vessel clamps. Operators should use the reactor inside an explosion-proof enclosure due to the high-pressure operation. Safety goggles are mandatory during use. Optional certifications and a 110 V transformer are available at additional cost.
