This vertical furnace accommodates two processing tubes and is suitable for hydrogen and syngas production as well as hydrocarbon synthesis.
The furnace features three independent heating zones spanning a total length of 900 mm, each with separate temperature control to optimize reaction conditions. It achieves a maximum temperature of 1200°C for short durations and can maintain continuous operation at 1100°C. The design includes vertical split doors for easy tube installation and incorporates safety mechanisms such as pressure relief valves and over-temperature protection.

Configuration & Operating Notes
The system includes two types of processing tubes with flanges and pre-installed pressure measurement devices. A vacuum pump is not included but can be ordered separately. For safe operation, a two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on gas cylinders to maintain pressure below 3 PSI. The quartz tube pressure must remain below 0.02 MPa, and the super alloy tube pressure below 2.5 MPa. The furnace features vertical split doors for easy tube installation and maintenance.
