OTF-1200X-X-85GF 1100°C Ten-Zone High-Pressure Ni-Based Superalloy Tube Furnace with Integrated Pressure and Gas Flow Control
The OTF-1200X-X-85GF is engineered for precise high-pressure thermal treatments requiring stable temperature and pressure control, particularly suited for processing Fe-based superconductive materials and novel oxide ceramics. Its robust Ni-based superalloy tube, measuring 45 mm internal diameter and 2400 mm length, withstands elevated pressures and temperatures up to 1100°C, enabling advanced materials research and development.
This tube furnace incorporates ten independently controlled heating zones, each 150 mm in length, with a combined heating zone length of 1500 mm and a constant temperature zone of 900 mm ±5°C. Temperature is regulated by digital PID controllers with auto-tuning and segment programming, achieving ±1°C accuracy. The furnace supports heating rates up to 10°C/min and controlled cooling rates, ensuring precise thermal profiles.

Typical Applications
Ideal for high-pressure thermal processing in research on Fe-based superconductors, advanced oxide ceramics, and hydroretorting experiments such as shale oil upgrading. The furnace supports controlled atmospheres and precise temperature/pressure profiles essential for these applications.
Configuration & Operating Notes
Samples must be placed inside crucibles or isolated with foil to prevent direct contact with the Ni-based tube alloy. The furnace is not suitable for hydrogen or flammable gases. A two-stage pressure regulator is required on gas cylinders to limit pressure below 3 PSI for safety. Optional torque wrenches help prevent flange bolt over-tightening. Overpressure safety valves and thermocouple failure protections are integrated to enhance operational safety.
