GSL-1700X-MGI-4 Four-Channel 1700°C Tube Furnace with 25mm Alumina Tubes for High-Throughput Annealing

The GSL-1700X-MGI-4 is engineered to facilitate high-throughput annealing processes by integrating four independent tube furnace modules within a compact footprint. This design enables simultaneous heat treatment of multiple alloy or ceramic samples, optimizing laboratory workflow and throughput. Each module is equipped with a 25 mm outer diameter alumina tube, providing a chemically inert environment suitable for high-temperature applications up to 1700°C.

Temperature control is independently managed for each channel via advanced 30-segment PID controllers displayed on a touch screen interface, ensuring precise thermal profiles with stability better than ±1°C. The system supports continuous operation up to 1600°C at ambient pressure and short-term excursions to 1700°C. Vacuum capability down to 5×10⁻² torr is available optionally, expanding the range of possible experimental conditions.

Key Features

  • Four independent tube furnace modules with 25 OD × 22 ID × 460 mm alumina tubes.
  • Maximum temperature up to 1700°C with ±1°C stability and 10°C/min heating rate.
  • Hermetic flanges, pressure gauges, flow meters, and vacuum ports included for versatile gas and vacuum control.
  • MoSi2 heating elements (40 mm × 147 mm), four per channel, totaling sixteen elements.
  • Touch screen panel with 30-segment PID controllers and interlocks for overheating and thermocouple failure.
  • Remote control and data logging via RS-485 serial port with LabVIEW-based MTS-03 software.
  • Compact footprint of 1000 × 650 mm to conserve laboratory space.
